My name is Kyle Nilson, I have lived in Cranbrook since 1972. I have worked in and around the automotive industry since 1988 and really enjoy the car business. Rob was born in Burlington, Ontario, and moved to Cranbrook at the age of five. He grew up in the community, attending Steeples Elementary, Laurie Middle School, and Mount Baker Secondary, where he enjoyed playing volleyball and basketball. After spending several years back in Ontario, Rob returned home to Cranbrook nine years ago. Rob entered the automotive industry shortly after returning and now brings over 9 years of vehicle sales experience to the North Star team. Before joining the industry, he worked in new residential construction and is proud to be a third-generation sales professional, continuing his family’s tradition. Outside of work, Rob enjoys dirt biking, golfing, basketball, going to the gym, and building model cars during the winter. Summer Lake is one of his favourite local spots. His dad and two sisters live in the Cranbrook area, and Rob himself recently purchased a home here. He also has a golden retriever/chocolate lab cross named Blaze. My name is Lu Williams, I have been in Cranbrook and a part of the Northstar Team for 18 years now. I have 4 great kids, 3 boys aged 16, 17&17 (yes twins) and a daughter aged 21. I enjoy music! Playing and learning the guitar (collecting too, I have 12 now). Also a hidden talent I have just recently found that I possess, singing (who knew??) My name is Troy Ensign and my family and I moved to Cranbrook in September of 2008 and I have been employed in the parts department at Northstar Motors since that time. I have enjoyed living in Cranbrook and have made many lifelong friends here. I enjoy the outdoors in the summer with my family, going to the beach, boating, and sitting around a campfire and having barbecues. In the winter we have also gone skiing many times to Kimberley and have enjoyed tobogganing at various locations and had a great time. I enjoy going on family holidays, playing basketball, cycling and watching hockey. I have met many great people and enjoy helping my customers with any parts or vehicle questions they have. My colleagues and I have over 75 years of automotive experience collectively and are friendly and knowledgeable. We do our very best to get our customers the right parts the first time and rectify any concerns in a timely fashion.
